I am in the industry. I run a business (check out www.redkitelaw.co.uk, where I am a partner). I run a busy team. I coach, mentor and train and manage a budget. It’s real.
The approaches I use are time-tested and simple.
I have a no-BS approach. Straight, down-the-line feedback – but nicely done.
I am in it for results (your results). If there is no coaching match after the initial session, you walk away; in fact, you can walk away at any stage.
I bring my history and experience to the coaching session (I have started my own business with six figures turnover, been part of larger organisations with in excess of seven-figure turnover, and have experience in Legal, Education and Non-profit backgrounds)
I know what I am doing – done the course, got the t-shirt, I am a coach who has trained (currently completing SA Business Coached course www.sabusinesscoaches.co.za for ICR accreditation)

Conducted a Gallup Strengthfinder session with two of the team to understand each others Strengths to foster team synergy. Helps managers identify potential challenges within the team and how to approach these using Strengths.
